An object in motion stays in motion and our culture of sitting, driving and working has manifested in systematic dysfunction in the body. You can reset every vital process in the body with movement and attention to circulating energy.

WISE TIP #3: Procrastination is fear in slow motion. To prevent being overwhelmed by expecations try to start small. Take a brisk walk, go to the park, do some moderate stretching, try a short yoga or fitness class. Slowly increase your activity level over time.
