We also may collect and store Personal Information about you that we receive from other sources, e.g. information you email to us; information we collect through surveys; or the information we receive from third parties when you register for an Wisemen retreat or join an Wisemen group. In addition, and working outside the scope of the website platform , information disclosed in one on one sessions is confidential and may not be disclosed to anyone without written permission from you, the client. However, law requires the following exception to client confidentiality: Where there is reasonable suspicion that the client presents danger to self or other, and court order. Yet, in working in a group dynamic, free flow of information is imperative and will always endeavor to facilitate difficult conversations between parties. Therefore, per our Wisemen process, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in groups. Your chosen brother will work with you to help you achieve your goals yet Wisemen cannot make any outcome guarantees.
(b) Aggregated Information. Even if you do not create a profile or register for a retreat, when you interact with our Website, we may collect certain non-personal information. For example, our servers keep an activity log that tracks all visitors to the Website. The information in the activity log does not identify you individually, but may include (among other data): your IP address, your registered domain or home server, time of access, date of access, web page(s) visited, number of clicks, software crash reports, type of browser used, session identification number, search terms, search results, access times and referring website’s address(es).

You understand that Wisemen includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of physical tension. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to your participation in Wisemen movements. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation in the prescribed exercise. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks, loss, claim, injury, damage or liability, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the program. The Wisemen Program is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to participate in the Wisemen Program. While engaging in any class or activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by Wisemen Brotherhood, LLC, either on or off their premises, you shall do so at your own risk, and hold Wisemen Brotherhood, LLC, its employees, representatives and agents, forever harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained or incurred by you. You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisemen Brotherhood, LLC as to any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability, sustained or incurred by participating in the exercises, or through my use of the facilities or equipment of Wisemen Brotherhood, LLC which is caused by an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise, of an employee, representative, or agent of Wisemen Brotherhood, LLC.
